Cookie Policy

Last updated: November 2026

The short version

There is no tracking for advertising, and no analytics at all unless you opt in. The site offers one third-party analytics service, PostHog, and it is only loaded if you press Accept on the banner. If you decline, or never answer, no analytics script runs and no analytics data is stored or sent. The only cookie we ever set is a strictly-necessary one that keeps you signed in, and only if you create an account.

Analytics (PostHog)

PostHog is a product analytics service. We use it to see which pages and features get used, so we know what to improve.

It is opt-in and stays off until you accept. When it is on, requests go through /ingest on this site and are forwarded to PostHog's EU region, so your browser never talks to posthog.com directly. PostHog stores a random identifier in your browser's localStorage so repeat visits can be counted together.

We have deliberately turned off the two features that would collect the most: autocapture (which records clicks and form inputs) and session recording (which records what you see and do on the page). We never send your answers to the contextual offer questions, and we never link analytics data to your account.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

The one cookie we do set

Set only if you create an account and sign in. See the Privacy Policy for what an account involves. It's strictly necessary for that feature to work at all (keeping you signed in), so under UK cookie rules it doesn't need separate consent, but we're telling you about it anyway.

Your browser's own caching

Like any website, your browser may cache the pages and data files this site loads so it opens faster next time. That's standard browser behaviour, not something this site controls or reads from.
