About this course
BSc in Mathematics and Education, combining pure mathematics with education theory and early years practice. Core topics include statistics, mathematical modelling, research methods, and ethics and professional practice. Mathematics lecturers are qualified to PhD level and research active, while education staff hold PhDs or are experienced practitioners. Teaching staff either hold a recognised teaching qualification or are working towards one.
