About this course
BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology and Food Science and Innovation / Food Science and Nutrition. Core topics include Programming, Data Analysis, Statistics, Fieldwork, Environmental Analysis, and Research Methods. The programme is accredited by the Institute of Chartered Foresters (ICF) and includes a final-year independent dissertation. A second-year UK study tour and a one-week field course in Tenerife visiting desert, pine and laurel ecosystems are included.
