About this course

BSc (Hons) in Earth and Environmental Sciences, combining marine biology, chemistry, geology, and physics to study ocean systems. Core topics include Programming, Data Analysis, Statistics, Fieldwork, Environmental Analysis, and Research Methods. The programme includes field trips to Eryri National Park and the UNESCO-designated GeoMôn Global Geopark, alongside offshore work on the research vessel RV Prince Madog. Students complete a final-year dissertation involving independent research and an oral presentation.
