About this course

This LLB (Hons) in Law with Cymraeg (Welsh) combines core legal studies with Welsh language and culture. The programme meets the Bar Standards Board academic requirements for barrister qualification and covers vocational subjects tested in the Solicitors' Qualifying Examinations. Students can participate in mock trials and moots conducted in both English and Welsh. Since devolution in 1998, demand for bilingual lawyers in Wales has grown significantly.
