About this course
BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering with Space Science and Technology, an electrical and electronic engineering degree focused on the design and operation of electronic systems for the space environment. The course features a common structure across the first two years that allows students to switch between degrees and decide on a placement option up until the end of the second year. The first year covers core foundations through Design skills, Fundamentals of electronic and electrical engineering, and Fundamentals of engineering and analysis. The second year progresses to advanced topics via Core engineering concepts, Engineering practice and design, and Topics in electronic and electrical engineering. The final year focuses on aerospace applications through the BEng individual project, Electronic and electrical engineering major, Satellite navigation systems, and Spacecraft systems and technology major.
