About this course

BEng (Hons) in Robotics Engineering, a robotics engineering degree centered on mechanical, electrical, and electronic principles. The first two years are shared with the Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degrees. Students complete a BEng individual project in the final year. The first year covers the foundations through Design skills, Fundamentals of engineering and analysis, Fundamentals of solid mechanics, and Fundamentals of thermofluids. The second year progresses with Core engineering concepts, Engineering practice and design, and Topics in mechanical engineering. The third year focuses on advanced areas through the BEng individual project, Computer engineering major, and Robotics and mechatronics major.
