About this course
BSc (Hons) in Economics, an economics degree focused on analytical frameworks and quantitative evaluation of financial systems. Core topics include Programming and Statistics. Students undertake a study abroad period and a professional placement during the programme. The first year covers foundational principles through Macroeconomics 1, Microeconomics 1, Mathematics for economists, and Probability and statistics. The second year advances quantitative and theoretical proficiency with Econometrics, Macroeconomics 2, and Microeconomics 2. The third year consists of formal study abroad and professional placement periods.
