About this course
BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a psychology degree grounded in biological, cognitive, developmental and social aspects. Core topics include Research Methods. Recognised by the British Psychological Society (BPS), the curriculum covers core psychological concepts and concludes with an independent dissertation. The first year introduces foundational themes through modules such as Applying psychology, Controversies in psychology, Mind, brain and behaviour, and Psychology of wellbeing. The second year advances core knowledge with Cognitive neuroscience, Developmental psychology, Psychology research methods and design 2, and Social psychology and individual differences.
