About this course

BSc (Hons) Building Surveying, combining surveying practice with construction technology and digital tools. Core topics include programming, project management, engineering design, and ethics and professional practice. The programme can be studied over four years full time, including an optional Foundation Year that provides a broad introductory programme before progressing to the main degree. The course is developed in alignment with professional bodies such as CIOB and RICS, and includes an individual honours project in the final year.
