A Level / AS Level: A Level: 112 UCAS Tariff points / BBC (or equivalent) AS Level: Must be in a different subject to A Levels A maximum of four subjects will be considered Preferred subjects: English Language or Literature A Level at Grade C or above. Applicants will be asked to provide a sample of original writing if they are not already holding or working towards an A Level in English at grade C or above. Pearson BTEC (Diploma / Extended Diploma/ Extended Certificate): 112 UCAS Tariff points Diploma accepted with one A Level or equivalent level 3 qualifications Extended Certificate accepted with two A Levels or equivalent level 3 qualifications Applicants will be asked to provide a sample of original writing if they are not already holding or working towards an A Level in English at grade C or above. About this course
BA (Hons) in Creative Writing. Core topics include Design & Creative Practice. The course spans three years full-time, culminating in a Major Project completed in the second semester of the final year. In the second year, students choose between Work Placement, Industry Project, or Independent Creative Entrepreneur modules, and industry professionals including authors, agents and publishers contribute through guest lectures and events.
