About this course
BA (Hons) Landscape Architecture, combining design, art, utility and natural systems. Core topics include Design & Creative Practice, Research Methods, Communication & Writing, Ethics & Professional Practice, and Critical & Analytical Thinking. The four-year programme includes a foundation year to support the transition to degree-level study, followed by a work placement module and a live project with an external client. The course is accredited by the Landscape Institute (LI) and culminates in a two-part Major Project involving site analysis, masterplan design and detailed construction and planting proposals.
