About this course

BSc (Hons) Building Surveying, covering construction cost management, procurement and building technology. Core topics include Project Management and Ethics & Professional Practice. The programme is an RICS approved Partnership Centre, with modules aligned to competencies required by both the CIOB and RICS. An Individual Honours Project forms the final-year component.
