Entry requirements

A Level: AAA To include Chemistry + 1 from Maths / Further Maths / Statistics / Biology / Physics. IB: 6,6,6 + 1 from Maths: Analysis and Approaches / Maths: Applications and Interpretation/ Statistics / Biology / Physics at Higher Level with a minimum of 32 points overall. About this course

Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with an International Year, a biochemistry degree focused on cellular, molecular and physiological systems. Core topics include Data Analysis and Critical & Analytical Thinking. The programme includes a dedicated international year spent abroad. The first year covers foundational concepts through Cell Biology & Physiology, Chemistry for Biochemists I, Discovering Biosciences Skills and Enterprise, and Genetics I. The second year progresses with Chemistry for Biochemists - II, Communication and Enterprise, Genetic Engineering and Data Science, and Membranes, Energy and Metabolism.
