About this course

Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering BEng, a chemical engineering degree centered on industrial processes and sustainable systems. Core topics include Systems Design and Data Analysis. The curriculum culminates in a substantial design project in the final year. The first year establishes fundamental scientific principles through modules such as Chemistry and Materials, Introduction to Transport Phenomena, and Modelling Concepts and Tools (MCT). The second year advances core technical competence via Mass, Heat and Momentum Transport, Sustainable Process Engineering, and Systems Design and Control. In the final year, students select from specialised options including Petrochemical Engineering, Engineering of Food, and Introduction to Healthcare Technologies alongside core studies.
