About this course

Master in Science in Chemistry with Study Abroad, a chemistry degree centred on modern chemical principles and international academic experience. Core topics include Research Methods. Students spend the third year studying abroad at a partner institution before returning to complete a final-year research project. The first year establishes core foundations through General Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry I, Organic Chemistry I, Physical Chemistry I, and Practical Chemistry II. The second year builds on this knowledge with Inorganic Chemistry II, Organic Chemistry II, Physical Chemistry II, Practical Chemistry II, and Structural Analysis alongside chemistry options. The third year involves intensive practical chemistry and the year abroad. The final fourth year features advanced chemical topics and the 4P1 Masters Research Project.
