About this course
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering Board, a civil engineering degree centred on infrastructure design, environmental systems and structural mechanics. Core topics include Research Methods. The course includes a final-year industrial research project alongside practical design modules. The first year covers the foundations through Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Engineering Mathematics 1, Fluid Mechanics and Energy Transfer and Mechanics 1. The second year focuses on applied technical principles with Construction Practice, Management and Digital Tools, Environmental Fluid Mechanics, Mechanics of Structures and Soil Mechanics. The third year advances into specialized study featuring Structural Analysis and Design, Transport Systems Engineering and Design, Water Engineering and Design and Geotechnical Analysis and Design. Students complete an Industrial Research Project and Integrated Design Project 3 (BEng) in the final year.
