About this course
Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics and Statistics, an economics degree focused on analytical and quantitative methods. Core topics include Data Analysis, Statistics, and Mathematical Modelling. The first year covers foundational principles through Foundations of Economics, Global Economic Challenges, and Introductory Econometrics with Data Analytics. The second year advances quantitative study with Econometrics, Macroeconomics, and Mathematical and Statistical Foundations of Econometrics. Optional modules in the second year allow specialisation in areas such as development, environmental, and labour economics.
