About this course

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronic and Robotic Engineering, an electrical and electronic engineering degree focused on intelligent systems and hardware integration. Core topics include Circuit Design, Embedded Systems, and Control Systems. The curriculum includes practical group design projects in each academic year and culminates in a substantial individual project. The first year covers foundational engineering disciplines through modules such as Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Engineering Mathematics 1, Introduction to Computing for Engineers, and Fluid Mechanics and Energy Transfer. The second year advances core technical knowledge via Digital Electronics and Electrical Machines, Electronic Circuits and Devices and Electromagnetics, Mechatronics and Control Engineering, and Engineering Mathematics 2. The final year involves advanced study and specialisation through Mechatronic Design, Telerobotics, Telepresence and Augmented Reality, The Internet of Things, and Power Electronics and Power Systems.
