About this course
Bachelor of Nursing in Nursing (Child) (Child) BNurs, a nursing (child) degree centred on clinical practice and healthcare. The first year covers foundational concepts through Essential Nursing Care, Health and Wellbeing, and Principles of Nursing. The second year builds clinical competence through Evaluating Nursing Care in Children, Clinical Decision-Making, Promoting Health and Self-Management, and Therapeutic Nursing in Children's Care. The final year focuses on advanced practice and leadership through Leading and Managing Nursing Practice, Evidence Based Nursing Practice, and Recognising and responding to acute deterioration within complex children’s nursing care.
