Entry requirements
September 2027 entry: This course requires 112–128 UCAS tariff points (A-level grades BBC–ABB) including a minimum of 2 A-levels or equivalent qualifications. We also accept a wide range of vocational qualifications including BTEC Extended Diploma (grades DMM–DDM) and T Levels (Merit). You’ll find many more listed in the table below.
About this course
Mental Health Nursing BSc (Hons), combining clinical practice with the study of psychological and social dimensions of health. Core topics include Clinical Skills, Research Methods, Ethics & Professional Practice, Data Analysis, and Statistics. The course requires 50% of time on placement in healthcare environments, with practice components across all three years. A foundation year option is available, extending the programme to four years.
