Entry requirements
For September 2026, this course requires 120–128 UCAS tariff points (A-level grades BBB–ABB) including a minimum of 2 A-levels or equivalent qualifications. We also accept a wide range of vocational qualifications including BTEC Extended Diploma (grade DDM) and T Levels (Merit). You’ll find many more listed in the table below. About this course
MEng (Hons) in Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering. Core topics include Systems Design, Control Systems, Signal Processing, Mathematical Modelling, Engineering Design, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. The programme includes a minimum 30-week industry placement year and culminates in an individual engineering project, alongside interdisciplinary group project work.
