About this course

BA in History of Art and Modern Languages, a modern languages degree spanning history of art, a chosen language and related cultures. Students select their language after accepting an offer from options including French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish, which can be studied from beginners' or post-A level except Portuguese, which is offered only from beginners' level. The programme includes a year abroad. Students also have access to the school Multimedia Centre, which contains language lab facilities, a video editing suite, a foreign-language film collection and a mini-cinema.
