About this course
BSc Accounting and Finance with Study Abroad, an accounting and finance degree centred on professional financial disciplines. Core topics include Accounting. This four-year professional course includes a year spent studying abroad in English at a partner university and carries professional accreditations from bodies such as ACCA, CIPFA, ICAEW, ICAS and CIMA. The first year builds foundational principles through mandatory units in accounting, finance, economics and mathematics. Year two advances knowledge in core subjects while introducing optional units to tailor studies. The third year is spent abroad at a partner university studying related units. The final year consolidates learning through advanced options including Management Accounting for Strategy, Advanced Corporate Reporting, Auditing, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, and Financial Crises.
