About this course

BSc in Cancer Biology and Immunology, a cellular molecular degree examining the biology of normal and cancerous cells alongside the immune system. The course includes foundational study in pathology, microbiology, and biochemistry during the first year, followed by second-year focus on the cellular and molecular basis of cancer and its therapy. Students also examine autoimmune diseases, viral-induced human cancers, and molecular genetics. Practical teaching is supported by a dynamic laboratory manual, and the final year features a research project or grant proposal.
