Entry requirements

A level: A*AA including Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics (in any order) IB: 38 points overall with 18 at Higher Level, including 6, 6, 6 at Higher Level in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics (either Analysis and Approaches or Applications and Interpretations). BTEC: DDD in either Engineering BTEC National Level 3 Extended Diploma with Distinctions in four specified Physics units plus A at A-level in Mathematics and Chemistry or Applied Science BTEC National Level 3 Extended Diploma with Distinctions in five specified Chemistry units plus A at A-level in Mathematics and Physics. About this course

MSci in Chemical Physics with Industrial Experience, a physics degree centred on cross-disciplinary topics such as materials science and nanoscience at the interface between chemistry and physics. The four-year programme includes a third-year industrial placement as a paid employee in a company, followed by a final-year research project conducted with a research team. The degree is accredited by the Institute of Physics and the Royal Society of Chemistry.
