About this course

MSci in Physics with Computing with Industrial Experience, a physics and computer science degree combining the fundamentals of physics with training in scientific computing and data science. The course includes a paid industrial placement year for hands-on commercial experience and is accredited by the Institute of Physics. The programme features a third year spent working on a computing project with an industrial partner alongside distance learning for core physics. Students complete a major final-year research project supervised by academic staff.
