A level: ABB including grade B in one of the following: Biology, Human Biology, Chemistry or Physics IB: International Baccalaureate Diploma 31 points including a minimum of 5 in Higher Level Biology, Chemistry or Physics. GCSE English equivalent SL 5 or HL 4 and Mathematics SL 2 or HL 2
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry, studying the biochemical processes that shape human health and disease. Core topics include Data Analysis, Research Methods, and Critical & Analytical Thinking. The programme is accredited by the Institute of Biomedical Science and the Royal Society of Biology. A four-year pathway includes an optional professional placement year, and the course concludes with an independent Final Year Project.
