About this course
BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Mathematics and Statistics, combining rigorous mathematical reasoning with statistical methods. Core topics include Statistics, Mathematical Modelling, Programming, Data Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. The programme meets educational requirements for Chartered Mathematician designation from the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications. A four-year Professional Placement option offers industry experience, and a final-year Financial Mathematics project enables independent research.
