About this course
BA (Hons) in Music, combining composition, performance, and musicology. Core topics include Signal Processing, Programming, Systems Design, Research Methods, Project Management, and Design & Creative Practice. The first year establishes a shared foundation across these areas, with optional modules available in years two and three to support specialisation. A placement year option exists, and the degree concludes with a Professional Independent Project that may take the form of a dissertation, composition portfolio, or performance.
