About this course
BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, combining core computing disciplines with applied problem-solving. Core topics include Programming, Systems Design, Computer Architecture, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data Analysis, and Ethics and Professional Practice. The four-year course includes a foundation year for students without standard Level 3 entry requirements. An optional placement year between years two and three provides industry experience, and the final-year Computing Major Project applies the CDIO framework to an independent research study.
