A level: DDE BTEC: MPP Access to HE: Pass 45 Credits 64 UCAS tariff points. Your health interview and DBS Offers for a place on the Adult Nursing with Foundation Year course are made only after a successful interview and are dependent on receiving a satisfactory reference. During your Foundation Year, you will complete both Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and Occupational Health (OH) checks. These checks must be fully cleared to ensure you can successfully transition into the BSc Nursing degree at the end of the Foundation Year. As part of your Occupational Health clearance, you will be required to complete all necessary NHS‑mandated vaccinations to prepare you for clinical placements. Evidence of your vaccination status may be requested by NHS placement providers or the university to confirm your eligibility and readiness for practice‑based learning. About this course
BSc (Hons) Nursing (Adult), covering clinical practice within health and social care settings. Core topics include Clinical Skills, Data Analysis, Critical & Analytical Thinking, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Clinical placements and Practice Learning through Simulation run across all years, aligned with NMC Standards of Proficiency for Registered Nurses. A Foundation Year is available for students entering without standard Level 3 requirements.
