Entry requirements

A level: DDE BTEC: MPP Access to HE: Pass 45 Credits 64 UCAS tariff points. Entry requirements explained A Levels to include biology, science, human biology, or PE. BTEC must be in a science or healthcare subject. Students with a BTEC in a different subject, or a BTEC which does not have the required science subjects should also have an A-level in biology or human biology at grade B). Access course: Full award diploma (in a science or healthcare subject). 60 credits at level 3 (45 graded and 15 ungraded). 30 credits at distinction and 15 credits at Merit. Any additional level 3 credits outside of the 60 credit diploma will not be accepted. The course should be QAA recognised. International Baccalaureate: with three subjects at higher level, which must include a higher-level science subject

About this course

BSc (Hons) in Paramedic Science and Physiotherapy. Core topics include clinical skills, ethics and professional practice, and artificial intelligence and machine learning. The programme holds accreditation from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health and Care Professions Council. A minimum of 1,000 hours of clinical placement is completed during the course.
