About this course
BSc in Physics, with a focus on applying physics to medical diagnosis and treatment. Core topics include Programming, Microelectronics, Statistics, and Mathematical Modelling. This IOP-accredited course is developed with the University Hospital of Wales, with medical physics modules delivered by NHS professionals. In the final year, a 30-credit Medical Physics research project is completed at a partner site such as UHW, Velindre Cancer Centre or CUBRIC.
