About this course
BA (Hons) Childhood, covering the study of children's development, wellbeing and the wider social contexts that shape childhood. Core topics include Research Methods, Communication & Writing, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The programme requires a minimum of two practice placements, with an optional third placement in the final year to gain Early Childhood Graduate Practitioner Competencies. An independent research project is completed in the final year.
