About this course
BSc in Nursing (Child), focusing on care for children, young people and their families. Core topics include Clinical Skills, Critical & Analytical Thinking, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The programme includes six supervised clinical placements across three years, with approximately half of learning delivered in practice settings. Successful completion qualifies graduates to apply for registration as a Children and Young People's Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
