About this course
BSc in Nutrition, focused on the scientific basis of diet and human health. Core topics include Data Analysis, Statistics, Research Methods, and Communication & Writing. The course includes access to modern laboratories, kitchen facilities and nutritional analysis software. In the final year, students complete an independent research project.
