About this course
BSc in Occupational Therapy and Psychology, combining occupational therapy with psychological theory. Core topics include Research Methods, Project Management, Critical & Analytical Thinking, and Human Behaviour. The course includes a 4-year sandwich year option with an industry placement, and an Independent Research Project in the final year. Counselling skills are practiced through simulated interactions using techniques such as third-wave CBT, NICE-approved therapies, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
