About this course

BA (Hons) in Fashion Design, combining creative practice with marketing and communication. Core topics include Marketing, Ethics & Professional Practice, and Design & Creative Practice. Year one covers fundamentals of fashion design practice and market sensing for ready-to-wear, while year two focuses on branding and influencing. Second-year students are encouraged to undertake a work placement in industry, leading to an additional qualification: the Diploma in Professional Practice.
