About this course

BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering. Core topics include Programming, Control Systems, Mathematical Modelling, Project Management, Engineering Design, and Ethics & Professional Practice. All engineering students share the same core modules in the first year, with the option to transfer to Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Motorsport Engineering at the end of year one. The programme includes an IMechE Design Challenge and a final-year individual project.
