BTEC National Diploma/Extended Diploma in Engineering, Motorsport or Physics, including a minimum of a Merit in the Maths unit. GCSE: GCSE Maths and English Grade 4/Grade C (or above) or equivalent qualification Access to HE: Pass Access to HE Diploma with 60 credits: 45 at Level 3 with a minimum of Distinction: 15, Merit: 24, Pass: 6. Must include passes in compulsory Level 3 subjects English language: IELTS: 6.0 (with at least 5.5 in each skills area)

About this course

BEng (Hons) in Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering. Core topics include programming, project management, engineering design, and ethics and professional practice. The first year covers all aspects of engineering before students choose a specialism in the second year, with options to transfer to BEng (Hons) Electrical and Electronic Engineering, BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering, or continue on BEng (Hons) Motorsport Engineering.
