BSc Computer Science with Foundation
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Computer Science with Foundation, a computer science degree preceded by a foundation year. The foundation year is for applicants from under-represented groups in higher education whose attainment has been affected by educational disadvantage or disruption, with eligibility criteria applying. Tutors from Durham's Centre for Academic Development teach the year, which takes about 100 students and covers academic skills and independent study before students move into the first year of the degree.
