BA English with Foundation
About this course
The BA (Hons) in English with Foundation is an English Literature degree that opens with a one-year foundation year before continuing into the full undergraduate programme. The foundation year is taught by academic tutors from the university's Centre for Academic Development. On successful completion, students progress to the first year of the degree, with foundation content centred on how knowledge is constructed in academic study, metacognition and independent learning.
