About this course

MSci (Hons) in Natural Sciences, a flexible science degree spanning multiple subject areas. Core topics are not specified for this course. The degree lasts four years full-time and follows a similar structure to the BSc in the first three years before moving into advanced study. Two routes are available: MSci Joint Honours degrees in named subject pairs, and the MSci (Honours) in Natural Sciences, which allows students to self-build a degree from a range of subjects. Students can transfer onto the 'with Placement' pathway after Year 2 or 3, extending the course to five years.
