BA Philosophy with Foundation
About this course
BA (Hons) Philosophy with Foundation, a philosophy degree preceded by a preparatory year. It is intended for applicants from under-represented groups in higher education whose prior education does not meet standard entry requirements, and eligibility criteria apply. The foundation year develops independent learning and metacognitive skills alongside subject knowledge for degree-level study; students who complete it enter the first year of the degree, coded V500 Philosophy.
