A level: BBC-BBB IB: We are happy to accept IB qualifications which achieve the required number of UCAS Tariff points. Subject-specific requirements at Higher Level (HL) Grade 5 may apply.
About this course
BA (Hons) English with Creative Writing, combining literary study and creative writing practice. Core topics include Language & Translation, Entrepreneurship, Design & Creative Practice, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The final-year Writer's Workshop is a 40-credit module requiring an extended creative project and a 3,000-word critical essay. A project module allows students to create a cultural artefact or undertake a self-organised professional internship.
