Early Years Education and Leadership FdA
About this course
FdA in Education, focusing on early years practice and leadership. Core topics include Research Methods, Communication & Writing, and Global & Comparative Perspective. This part-time course runs over two years with a maximum of six classroom-based sessions per year, with the remainder accessed online. Applicants must be working in a voluntary, part-time or full-time role in an early years setting with children aged 0-5 years, and the programme maps to Early Childhood Graduate Practitioner Competencies. A final-year research project allows exploration of a specific area of early years education or leadership.
