About this course
BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, combining applied mathematics with programming and control systems. Core topics include Control Systems, Mathematical Modelling, Laboratory Techniques, Engineering Design, Programming, and Project Management. The final-year Engineering Research and Development Project is carried out individually under supervisor guidance. A second-year professional practice module simulates a work environment with live briefs and team-based projects.
