About this course

BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences with Management, a biological sciences and business and management degree centred on the combination of life sciences and business studies. Core topics include Programming and Data Analysis. The course includes an integrated professional placement year. The first year covers the foundations through student-led investigative projects, hypothesis development and experimental design, introductory coding, and data evaluation and analysis. The second year focuses on DNA replication and repair, natural selection and the origin of species, cellular metabolic processes, and regulation and control of biological systems. The third year explores biochemistry, biotechnology, cell biology, and development, regeneration and stem cells.
