About this course
LLB (Hons) in Law and Business, a law and business and management degree exploring commercial contexts and legal frameworks. Core topics include Legal Analysis and Entrepreneurship. Over four years, studies combine modules from the Law School and the Business School to examine intersections between contracting, property rights, and commercial practice. The first year covers foundational principles through Scottish Legal System, Contract Law, Public Law of the UK and Scotland, and strategy. The second year builds upon this with Property Law, Criminal Law, finance, and marketing. The third year continues with advanced studies in Commercial Law, International Law, Property Law, Family Law, and Criminology.
